Enterprise Anti-Discrimination & Harassment Policy
1. Inclusion Mission Statement
Nexly.biz (the “Company”) is built on the axiomatic truth that diverse cognitive perspectives drive exponential innovation. We commit to maintaining a workplace and digital learning environment where every individual is judged solely on the merit of their contribution, free from the interference of discriminatory bias or systemic exclusion.
2. Protected Characteristics Grid
Nexly strictly prohibits discrimination based on any characteristic protected by applicable law, including but not limited to:
3. Universal Structural Scope
This policy applies to all aspects of the Nexly lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, compensation, disciplinary actions, and access to our digital learning marketplace. It covers all employees, stakeholders, and platform participants globally.
4. Harassment & Bullying Prohibition
Harassment is defined as any unwelcome conduct based on a protected trait that creates a hostile or intimidating environment. Nexly maintains a zero-tolerance mandate for bullying, micro-aggressions, and exclusionary behavior in both physical and digital workstreams.
5. Sexual Harassment Protocol
Sexual harassment is a specific form of discrimination. Prohibited acts include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an offensive professional climate.
6. Protective Non-Retaliation
Employees and users must feel safe to report violations. Nexly provides absolute protection against retaliation for any individual who makes a good-faith report of discrimination or participates in an investigation. Retaliatory acts are treated as independent, primary ethical violations.
7. Pay Equity & Meritocracy
The Company is committed to "Equal Pay for Equal Work." Compensation structures are audited annually to ensure that pay disparities do not exist based on gender, race, or other protected characteristics. Merit and performance are the only valid drivers of financial yield.
8. Recruitment Parity logic
Our recruitment protocols utilize anonymized screening techniques to mitigate sub-conscious bias. We actively diversify our talent pipeline to ensure the "cognitive network" of Nexly reflects the global audience we serve.
9. Reasonable Accommodations
Nexly provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities and for sincerely held religious beliefs, unless such accommodations would impose an undue hardship on the Company’s technical or operational stability.
10. Breach Disclosure & Reporting
If you observe or experience a violation of this policy, you are mandated to report it immediately. Reports can be made through management, the People & Culture Unit, or our anonymous whistleblower system.
11. Forensic Investigation Process
All reports of discrimination undergo a rigorous, multi-departmental investigation. We utilize digital forensic traces of platform communication combined with witness testimony to determine if a breach of inclusion protocols has occurred.
12. Remediation & Disciplinary Logic
Violations will result in prompt corrective action. For employees, this may include mandatory counseling, suspension, or immediate permanent dismissal. For platform users, it may involve account termination and a permanent ecosystem ban.
