Enterprise Global Remote Onboarding & Integration Policy
1. Onboarding Mission Statement
Nexly.biz (the “Company”) is a distributed-first institution. Our mission is to ensure that every new joiner, regardless of their physical geography, experiences a "Zero-Friction" arrival. We prioritize structural inclusion and technical readiness, ensuring you are empowered to contribute to our architectural excellence from hour one.
2. Pre-Boarding Logic & Logistics
The onboarding sequence begins 14 days prior to your start date. Our logistics engine triggers the "Provisioning Triage," ensuring your hardware bundle (laptop, peripherals) and welcome materials arrive at your residence at least 3 business days before Day 1.
3. Digital Identity & Provisioning
Your Nexly Digital Identity (SSO/IAM) is provisioned 48 hours before arrival. You will receive a secure, out-of-band message with your "First Login" credentials and a guide to setting up your hardware-backed MFA (YubiKey or Passkey).
4. The First Week Grid
The first week is structured around "Low-Stake Integration." You will follow a curated 5-day grid including Enterprise orientation, departmental deep-dives, and tool-stack calibration. Focus is on connectivity and context, not immediate output.
5. Cultural Immersion & Ethical Alignment
Remote work requires a high-trust, low-overhead culture. You will participate in "Nexly Living" sessions to understand our values of radical transparency, extreme ownership, and technical rigor. This includes an orientation on our asynchronous communication philosophy.
6. Nexly Peer Pairing & The "Buddy" System
Every new joiner is assigned a "Nexly Peer"—a seasoned colleague outside your direct reporting line. Your Peer is your primary resource for unwritten institutional logic, social norms, and navigating the internal knowledge base during your first 90 days.
7. Mandatory Security Onboarding
Within the first 72 hours, all joiners must complete our "Defensive Operations" training. This covers zero-trust architecture, incident reporting protocols, and home-office hygiene standards. Completion is a prerequisite for production-level access.
8. Privacy & Ethics Certification
You will be briefed on Nexly’s radical data privacy standards and signing of our global "Dignity in Data" pledge. This ensures your alignment with our commitment to user sovereignty and ethical processing.
9. The Initial 90-Day Yield Map
Success at Nexly is transparent. You will receive a "90-Day Success Map" outlining key learning milestones and integration yields. Regular check-ins with your Lead will focus on identifying and removing "Impediment Nodes" to your professional growth.
10. Workspace Stipends & Asset Governance
Nexly provides a "Remote Workspace Stipend" to ensure your home office meets our ergonomic and technical standards. All physical hardware provided remains the property of Nexly and is governed by our Asset Lifecycle Policy.
11. Continuity Logic & Feedback Loops
Onboarding is a "Continuous Deployment" process. We hold formal "Arrival Retrospectives" at 30, 60, and 90 days. Your feedback on the onboarding experience is utilized to patch and improve the sequence for the next generation of Nexly talent.
