Enterprise Occupational Health & Global Safety Policy
1. Safety Mission Statement
Nexly.biz (the “Company”) prioritizes the physical and mental integrity of its global workforce above all architectural or financial yields. Our mission is to maintain a "Zero-Harm" ecosystem where safety is engineered into every operational layer. We view a safe environment as a prerequisite for professional excellence.
2. Universal Structural Scope
This policy governs safety protocols across all Nexly environments, including corporate headquarters, satellite co-working nodes, remote home offices, and our distributed data center clusters. It applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors within our physical and digital workspace.
3. Global Regulatory Alignment
Nexly aligns its Safety Management System with ISO 45001 standards and complies with all jurisdictional laws, including OSHA (US), HSE (UK), and EU Health and Safety directives. We default to the highest global standard available in any market where we operate.
4. Hazard Intelligence & Mitigation
We conduct quarterly "Hazard Logic Audits" to identify systemic risks. Identified hazards are triaged into an "Impact Matrix" and neutralized using the "Hierarchy of Controls": elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative changes, and, as a final silo, PPE.
5. Fire & Life Safety Protocols
All Nexly facilities are equipped with automated fire detection and suppression systems. We mandate bi-annual evacuation simulations and maintain a registry of "Safety Wardens" trained in emergency response and site evacuation logic.
6. Facility Fortitude & Physical Safety
Access to Nexly nodes is controlled via encrypted biometric or card-access credentials. We maintain 24/7 security monitoring of critical infrastructure to prevent unauthorized physical "Extraction" or threats to personnel safety.
7. Cognitive Wellbeing & Mental Integrity
Mental health is a critical "System Uptime" metric. Nexly provides comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), including 24/7 confidential counseling and stress-mitigation training. Management is trained to identify and prevent cognitive burnout within their pods.
8. Remote Work Ergonomics Logic
For our distributed-first workforce, we provide ergonomic assessments and stipends for certified hardware (chairs, monitor mounts). Preventing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) is a core component of our remote workforce sustainability strategy.
9. Pathogen Response & Hygiene
Nexly maintains a "Systemic Hygiene Protocol" to mitigate the spread of infectious diseases. This includes high-fidelity air filtration in physical offices and the ability to pivot to 100% remote operation during public health anomalies.
10. Critical Incident & Near-Miss Reporting
The "Transparency Ledger" is our primary tool for improvement. All security incidents, accidents, or "Near-Misses" must be reported within 4 hours. We enforce a strict "No-Blame" culture for reporting near-misses, treating them as valuable diagnostic telemetry.
11. First Aid & EMS Triage
Nexly facilities maintain fully stocked advanced first-aid kits and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). We provide mandatory first-aid and CPR training to a minimum of 10% of our on-site workforce to ensure immediate life-support capability.
12. Zero-Violence & Harassment Logic
Nexly maintains a zero-tolerance mandate for physical violence or threats within its ecosystem. Any act of aggression, whether physical or severe digital harassment, results in immediate temporary suspension while an "Integrity Audit" is conducted by HR and Security.
