Enterprise Social Media & Digital Representation Policy

1. Digital Mission Statement

At Nexly.biz (the “Company”), we view social media as a powerful engine for community building and educational progress. Our mission is to ensure that Nexly’s digital footprint—whether projected through corporate handles or individual representatives—reflects our foundational commitment to technical excellence, radical transparency, and professional integrity.

2. Universal Structural Scope

This policy governs the use of all social networking platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Discord, and Instagram) by Nexly employees and contractors. It covers both official Company channels and personal accounts when those accounts are used to discuss Nexly’s business or identify the user as an affiliate.

3. Personal vs. Professional Distinction

While Nexly respects the digital autonomy of its workforce, a clear distinction must be maintained. If your personal profile identifies you as a Nexly employee, you are an ambassador of the brand. We mandate that personal accounts include a disclaimer (e.g., "Opinions are my own") when participating in industry discourse.

4. Official Representation & Spokespersons

Only authorized representatives from the "Communications Command" may issue official Company statements, announce strategic partnerships, or respond to media inquiries. Unauthorized personnel must never speak *on behalf* of the Company to prevent the accidental distribution of unverified or non-public signals.

5. Strategic Confidentiality Online

The "Perimeter of Silence" remains active on social media. Employees are strictly prohibited from disclosing non-public intelligence, including source code snippets, internal roadmap milestones, client metadata, or financial yield data. If you have any doubt regarding the sensitivity of a detail, default to silence.

6. Branding, Logos & Intellectual Asset Use

The Nexly logo and brand typography are protected intellectual property. They may only be used on personal profiles in accordance with official Brand Guidelines. The creation of "Phantom Handles" that appear to be official Company channels is a critical violation of this policy.

7. Engagement Guardrails & Respect

Digital citizenship requires professional decorum. Representatives are forbidden from engaging in online harassment, public inflammatory debates with competitors, or the distribution of demonstrably false misinformation. We engage with the global community with respect or we do not engage at all.

8. Influencer Disclosure & Endorsement Logic

If you receive any benefit (monetary, early access, or gift) from a third-party partner in exchange for a social mention regarding your work at Nexly, you are legally mandated to include a clear "#sponsored" or "#ad" disclosure to maintain institutional and regulatory transparency.

9. Digital Conduct & Safety

Nexly.biz maintains a zero-tolerance policy for "Cyber-Bullying" or the targeting of individuals for their protected traits. Misconduct on social media that erodes the safety of our community—even if performed on a personal account—may have material consequences for your continued institutional affiliation.

10. Social Crisis Intelligence & Reporting

In the event of a "Social Storm" or a rapid disinformation campaign targeting Nexly, DO NOT engage. Individual responses often fuel the fire. Instead, report the incident immediately to the Social Intelligence Bureau for a coordinated institutional response.

11. Legal Discovery & Privacy

Be aware that social media posts regarding work may be subject to legal "Discovery" in the event of institutional litigation. Users should have no expectation of absolute privacy regarding content that co-mingles their personal identity with their work at Nexly.

12. Discipline & Redress Logic

Violations of this policy are triaged based on the reputational and legal impact to the Company. Sanctions range from mandatory training and social media removal requests to immediate permanent dismissal and, in the case of trade-secret theft, legal prosecution.

13. Communication Integrity Command

To report a digital crisis, request a brand asset review, or notify us of a potential social media conflict of interest, please connect with the Comms Command.
